Cowan, R.S. Moore, Marietta McCown, W.F. West, Jr., Jerome D. Wilson, and Edward P. Vandiver, Jr. Cover art by Arington Hendley.
The publishing credit is not in the text, but the publication's format resembles earlier editions credited to the Palmetto Publishing Company.
